I am 35 years old who’s still trying to hold on to his glory days. I play basketball 2x a week and I am a desk bound individual. I have been dealing with hip and ankle stiffness. However I am 1 week into the program I am already noticing lot of improvements. Highly recommend this App

A Gold Mine for Basketball-Specific Training
The brand new GBG Hoops app is ELITE! While I’m not a professional athlete, many of us pickup hoopers still want to train like one and the GBG Hoops app has been a revelation for me. While I’ve always been a gym rat and hooper, I never had a true foundational understanding of basketball-specific strength training. I did the same traditional strength workouts that most people in the gym do (more similar to bodybuilder split days) and rarely focused or understood how to train my mobility, Achilles tendon tolerance and ankle strength. Now in my 30’s, I want to prioritize my longevity and train smarter. I have a history of ankle sprains and have come so far along with this App in understanding how to build and strengthen my tendon tolerance. Following this program alone, I got rid of a bout of plantar fasciitis and recovered well from a bad sprain and now understand how to keep the ankles and Achilles springy and bulletproof.
