The GBG Hoops app can only be used on mobile devices, however you can log into any online platform to manage your profile and billing settings.

| Account Customization:
Edit basic personal information and manage your subscription within the Settings tab. Complete the Assessment Test to unlock personalized workout recommendations once certain in-app updates are implemented. These updates are coming soon.

Upon accessing the description page of a pre-made program, click on the gold heart icon located to the right of the program title. By doing so, the program will be included in your list under the Favorites sub-tab. Your favorite programs will then be prioritized and displayed at the top of the list under the All sub-tab, which encompasses all pre-made programs. To remove a program from Favorites, simply deselect the gold heart icon. Note that custom workouts cannot be favorited, but you can strategically name them to help with organization.
After entering an active program and scrolling to the bottom, you'll discover a record of completed workouts.

You can tailor workouts to be performed in a range of environments that include the court, weight room, home or park. There 4 different equipment categories that workouts may require. The category breakdown includes:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle, granting continued access. While refunds aren't typically offered, you may contact us for special assistance.

| Content Access and Availability
The core of the GBG Hoops app features pre-made programs, a customizable tool to curate workouts from our extensive exercise library, and daily workout options. Additionally, you'll find an exclusive Gems channel offering tutorials, follow-along workouts, and training sessions with your favorite pro players and coaches.
Offline access to content is not currently available; a Wi-Fi connection is necessary for users to access the app.
Coach Mike G and the team are dedicated to bringing fresh workout programs, expanding the exercise library, and introducing exclusive Gems content on a monthly basis. App users can stay tuned for a continuous stream of exciting updates.

No, each GBG Hoops app subscription is restricted to one mobile device per user. If you wish to switch to a new device, you'll need to log out of the app on your previous device before logging in on the new one.
